Other than carefully pulling them upward, not outward, I am not aware of any tricks. They are a bit sticky though and caution is advised to not damage the doors.

They are not. I have heard, though, that the larger ones have been used on some of the Rick Ross snub models.

They fit the PK-D 1 and Magnum models like a charm.
