| Ok, I've got the pommel and two grip frames roughed out The roughing out was done with a pillar drill, Jigsaw and power file. (worked out the bulldog grip frame from the outer frame and some web pics) ... |

I'd guessed about 4mm then I can go 4, 4 and 4 for the bulldog frame if I build it as 3 sections sandwiched and hopefully welded |

Your in luck...the grip frame is the same on the .38 and .44
Mines already trimmed if thats ok.
