|
|
As some of you may know, my wife's second novel, VAMPED, is coming out in May of next year. She's really psyched about it because it's the first one being released under her real name (she used a pseudonym for the first one). Her publisher is really jazzed about it, too. They're making it a Featured Title on their list and will be featuring it on the cover of their Spring/Summer Catalog.
Anyway, there's a blog entitled Book Nymph which has done an interview with her about her cover and my wife wanted me to post a link around to encourage comments about the cover. If you want to, click here to go to the site and post your comments about it.
Thanks in advance. _________________ Pete |

Congrats Pete, and Wife . With the twilight books such a big success her timing could not be any better.

Very nice!
I´ve left some observations/constructive criticism. I hope you don´t mind. |

No problem, though the cover's already been set by the publisher, so there won't be any changes.
The pink nails struck me at first, too, but my wife pointed out that Gina's in high school, so the pink was to keep her from looking too adult. As for the short manicure, remember that she just crawled from the grave, so her long nails were ruined, but Gina wouldn't leave them all nasty and broken, so she neatened them up before allowing someone to photograph her. _________________ Pete |
