I plan to do a better one, now that I know a whole lot more about lenticular imaging, but this motion lenticular I made twenty years ago of Rachel in her nurse bib, with her mom and moving shadows, should go into a BR museum somewhere, if such exists. Mail me off list.

I'm going to get a bluray reader for my homebrew computer and make a second generation motion lenticular of the Rachel and mom photo that comes to life as Deckard holds it. It's one part in the film that never fails to move me, and I want one sitting on my mantel with all the other oddities I've accumulated over the years. The photo produces that strange feeling you sometimes get upon waking, as though you can almost, but not quite, bring a physical object out of a dream.

I remember a conversation with Charles de Lauzirika at bladezone about the box set lenticular, and he said it was originally supposed to be this photo, but he was outvoted to make it the image of Deckard with his gun. He said a prototype was made that I believe he now owns.
