Neon is very much an important part of the BR aesthetic, and I found this Martini Neon and many more like it on ebay. Best of all it is very similar to a sign that can seen at the begining of the animoid row near the "Fish Lady's" shop. It is a lot smaller but can be had for good prices

Also Tsingtao beer also has a very cool dragon Neon sign if you want to pay a lot more...

Hey Tim, great find !
The sheet version would make a very good basis for Rick Ross' chess table !

Thanks Fred, also the sheeting is good for signs, all you have to do is cut a template and bingo.........a vid phon light, etc. The faux neon has me really excited, imagine a cheap white dragon.......mmm.
I ordered some awhile ago but forgot about it, must contact them, cheers Andy for reminding me.

Beautiful stuff neon is - gotta love it!

Used to work in a store that was chock full of neon - people used to drive by at night and slow down to check it out, that's how much neon there was in it.

I've also bought/sold/collected more neon that I can remember - it's addictive stuff!

A lot of this stuff can be made with back lit plex using vinyl for the different colors.
That's how the Atari sign is made.

I worked at a sign company about 16 years ago, used to do that sort of thing all the time.

Might want to look into what a small sign company can do for you even if it's just the raw materials to do it yourself.

The backing light box would be easy enough to make or you could try that light sheet behind it.

A little neon (not SA) goes a long way towards spicing up any BR display.

It's true, few things give BR Gear or Collectibles that "2019 Look" like the warm glow of NEON by night.
It's one of the things that made that world look SO inviting (I mean, given a choice, would you rather spend an EVENING in downtown 2019 Los Angeles or the ONE MORNING a little bit of blue sky was showing through the clouds?)
My city is SORELY lacking in neon, but I'm determined to find what little there may be: I'm close to offering up some pictures of my Tie/Shirt/blet/Pants/Jacket/Coat/Shoes/Hairstyle/(Etc,Etc..) ensemble that I've put together... but to be frank, I have NO interest in stepping out into my driveway on a sunny Saturday afternoon to get them taken!
Just wouldn't feel "right" - OR do them justice - in my opinion.
Although, it's worth mentioning that I WOULD love to have a picture taken leaning up against my car while wearing my Deckard Trench (for the simple fact that the color of my car is a little something my wife and I refer to as "spinner blue".)
Hmmmm...
I guess I didn't offer up much to this thread except maybe to gripe...
But thanks for reading, anyway.
