Sounds like that weight might be averaged a bit. I want an exact at least 3 decimal value here Smile

I have heard something about it going on a publicity tour around the world before the auction, Does anybody know anything about this?

Awesome!

My understanding is that yesterday was the last day for previewing the lots... auction is Thursday and Friday.

Yup, I really wish I was on the west coast right now. Here is another picture that shows the tape that once covered the white wires, that is also included in auction with the 1981 photos.

Holy crap on a pogo stick!!

So, that looks like the original steyr bolt, and . . . a SPARE BARREL next to the original bulldog barrel?

Looks like the cut wires, and the old battery are there too. Very nice stuff. Great to see this all.

The rust on the foam inside the pistol case tells a tale.

Crying or Very sad

Oh Man, are these Tomenosuke people REAL fans or what. Shocked

REally glad they went there to gather info and post all these pics. I just can imagine what a amazing point in their life it has been for them seeing the blaster in person.

I don't think you need to do too much imagining there Karl Wink

Just to think, at that starting bid price, the buyer premium is already $18,000 Shocked

How much would you be willing to pay for a decent replica of the tape? Laughing

But seriously, I know what you mean!
