Just the completed models. The kits are being invoiced/shipped out for those that preordered them months ago.

I gotta say, this kit is one of the things I love about the prop community. In college I worked in the theater department - didn't want to be an actor, wanted to be work on production design. Got into software UI and didn't think about it until an article on Slashdot about Parks Sabers years ago. My first saber was a Heiland with all resin add on parts (including clamp) with Yodashouse grips. My first BR prop was spending $250 on one of those ultra-flimsy soft-black-plastic Hartford knockoffs MiM used to sell, before they were white metal and called Offworld. I loved it just the same, even if half the parts were unusable from being too flimsy or too bubbled. But, to be fair, it was all crap.

Thankfully, someone always comes out with a ridiculously researched, non-idealized/non-mass-produced replica that hits all the details - whether an Trek Communicator, Obi-wan saber, or the Deckard blaster, the Raiders Idol, or a Grail Diary or whatever. Somebody out there will get it just right. And we're lucky that the people who own these props - private collectors and even LucasFilm - seem willing to give out the needed information.

Outside of guitar electronics, I can't think of any other group that does that kind of thing.

Someone please help!

I really would LOVE one of these kits!

It would have to be a kit as I'm in the UK. How do I order one of these? Has anyone got a website that I can understand or an email address?!! Rolling Eyes

Because do not use these products in any other country

best way to get one is to go to Japan and pick it up as they wont ship it outside, especially the UK Sad

Smile Thanks chaps.

Not too sure if I'm any closer to finding out if/how I can get one. A little pricey aren't they?!

Still, I shall try and find someone to write to and get a kit......... Confused

Deck, cant you spend some of that unused auction money for a quick trip to Japan and pick one up and if you could squeeze one
more into the overnight bag for me it would be greatly appreciated

The run for the Tomenosuke Blasters is sold out, but since the guys that made it were also at the auction to take pictures/measurements and get more information on making the "Ultimate Blaster", there is hope they could be coming out with another upgraded version.

Well, that was my next idea! Very Happy Not too sure that it would be an investment on the same level though!!

However, Andy makes a good point. I think it is now worth a little wait and keep an eye on their website.

Yep, they are different guns, and the Elfin Knights gun is mostly plastic and uses embeded nuts/fasteners to make a kind of no glue kit. It is a simpler kit that goes for about $500, instead of the $800-$1400 for the Tomenosuke. Both were machined from scratch for their master molds.

Unfortunately the Elfin Knights kit is also sold out, but I think they are now selling a one piece cast "Stunt" version of it now.
