Shocked

I'd say take all the orthographic angles, well lit in high resolution and with color and size reference in the photo. Measure all sides and details. Macro pics of any small details. All on clean backgrounds (white foam core or paper or whatever you got)

Just for general reference of course!

this is great!!! how in the world were you able to find these props? I thought they were over in U.K. somewhere. if you can get nice side shots, front shots, basically so we can get areas not seen in the film. any chance you can get measurements? have any access to the length and height of Ripleys flamethrower?

Yeah, Stephen and if you have the chance (after taking 500 shots of those props) could you also provide detailed blue-prints, a few scans slices followed by x-rays

I am pretty sure there are no pics of the bottoms of the props. May not help but you never know.

This stuff is so cool. The bottom was not modified from the old radio it was made from. The radio was OD green plastic. They didn't paint the bottom

Great pics, Richie, thanks a lot for sharing !!!

It's strange, those wiggets on the side of the handle, they look like some kind of curtain attachments (the part that goes on the rail the curtain slides along), know what I mean ?

Were gonna try to figure these out. They looked like small modeling peices that you would buy in bulk. There is a symbol on them so as soon as we know what it looks like up close well post. They are all attached individually...thats why they are all jumbled up. They appear to be white styrene.

BTW I had a theory that on the "working" prop, the little view screen was actually a "commlock" screen from Space 1999.

I have no real evidence of this, but it just seemed reasonable to me.
