As a Japanese same as for me misunderstanding of the tomenosuke storekeeper thought that did not make something to untie it.

However, the misunderstanding seemed to have been removed while I translated my Japanese into English.

I use a translation engine to write in it at a prop summit.
However, it is often that I am surprised by the work of the translation engine.

I do elaborate confirmation before writing in it at "a prop summit" every time whether a sentence does not have a mistake.

However, I am very anxious whether my thought is handed down to people precisely.

If "the words" are really difficult, I keenly am made to realize.

When I get along well because I produce tomenosukeblaster, I am very glad.

I can untie the misunderstanding that I felt of Mr / jakob2121 by Mr / Loyalizer, activity of Mr / andy Mr / Staar and am glad at all.

I want to inform it that thank you for the member of the dear prop summit. Very Happy

Wao! Andy

Thank you very much! Very Happy

People have a question, but will teach it?

I think that I want all of you to watch an image of tomenosuke blaster which oneself makes.

Will the thread which may upload an image be good in this thread?

It should be good to load images on the Tomenosuke blaster here in this thread to keep it consolidated unless you have specific information on it to share.

Tomenosuke Blaster kit is in the house!

I should be posting pics soon, but I have to say that it is the best reproduction of the blaster I have ever seen, of course there are some adujstments to be made a some details to correct but the kit is a thing of beauty.

Been very busy and haven't browsed the site, or checked this thread, for what might be a couple of months. I thought I was subscribed to this thread and would receive an e-mail when new posts went up. But I haven't received any automatic e-mails, and there's been a lot of exciting activity in this thread that I was unaware of until a moment ago.

Glad to see that some members have taken delivery of their Tomenosuke Blaster Kits, and that Tomenosuke Shoten has opened what amounts to a dialog with propsummit on its blog.

Welcome also to kromazender!

Ever since receiving my media-blasted Blaster display stand from eltee, I have been intending to post some photographs of it. But my work schedule has conspired against me and, to my own surprise, it seems to have been a couple of months since I spent time here on propsummit. I hadn't realized so much time had slipped by. I've missed being here!

Anyway, I've managed to carve out some hours for fun this weekend, and one of the things I've done is to photograph eltee's beautiful stand with the Tomenosuke Blaster on it. This is the version of the Blaster that Tomenosuke Shoten sold as a built and finished model.

The first photo shows the Blaster on eltee's media-blasted stand with no lighting apart from the room lights. The origami Unicorn was purchased through an auction on Yahoo! Japan.

The next shot shows the same items as they appear with the built-in lighting in the display case turned on. In all of the remaining shots, the display case lights are on.

The Tomenosuke Blaster and eltee's stand again, this time with the lenticular photo and acrylic frame from the Blade Runner Ultimate Collector's Edition DVD set.

An angle showing a different view of Tomenosuke's artistry, and of the clean, elegant lines of eltee's stand.

The last shot shows the recesses that eltee designed as a feature of the machined support pegs. The recesses ensure that the Blaster rests securely on the pegs, at the same time holding the model away from the back of the stand to avoid any scratching. The support pegs themselves are attached to the stand by means of holes that have been tapped off-center. By rotating the pegs on their screws, the distance between them can be customized to fit your Blaster perfectly.

Once again, I'd like to tip my fedora to eltee for making these beautiful stands available. A very classy piece of hardware that supports my Blaster in more ways than one. Thanks, eltee!

Thanks, Pilot!

I have to endorse the above comments. That is a very sweet and desirable blaster mate.

Solid and gorgeous interpretation of Deckard's piece and displayed to perfection.

Many thanks for sharing!

Thanks, joberg! I've really missed hanging out here. Unfortunately, my schedule is due to get worse instead of better until September, and for several weeks in July and August I won't have Internet access at all. Sad

The Tomenosuke Blaster is a beautiful piece to be sure. And I really dig the stand by eltee. He and his machinist have created what is to my mind the very best display stand for the Blaster -- and in particular for any heavy (i.e., all- or mostly metal) version of the Blaster.

I added four little rubber feet to the bottom of my stand. They aren't really necessary, but I wanted the soft buffer since my Blaster and stand are displayed on a glass shelf.

Thank you for the positive comments, everybody! It feels good to know that other BR fans and collectors give the thumbs up to my Blaster display.

wao! Mr temponaut "kakkoii!" Very Happy

I make tomenosukeblaster, but am not yet completed.

It is ashamed at all to show a work of the progress in all in the middle of me while people show completion form of very splendid blaster.

Domo, domo, kromazender!

Thank you for sharing your work-in-progress photo of the Tomenosuke Blaster. You clearly have no need to be ashamed: you are doing a beautiful job!

Actually, I have always liked the look of this Blaster even in its unfinished, bare metal form. The combination of the silvery metal, black plastic, and amber grips, and the mixture of lines suggesting both elegance and brute force, really work for me.

Looking forward to seeing more photos of your progress!
