I noticed that on the "other " prop forum they had a thread a while ago with free paper props...(not the stuff that folks on here sell ,I dig ) but free stuff or stuff that by now most folks in the hobby have had for years so it doesn't step on anybodys investments...
any intrest in starting one up here?
I have found a couple paper items surfing that I could put up ...( maybe a couple of cd covers too )
But I dont wanna rattle the cage ....
so is it cool ?[/img]

Juno started one with the Droid magazine...as far as it is your stuff I think it would be fine...I don't want to speak for the mods here though.

Yeah, long as it's your stuff you are on safe ground.. I'd venture a guess that about 88.8% of the members here also frequent the "other" forum and participate in some manner in the paper prop threads.

There are man "other" forums...lol However, please do not fear calling any of them by name here as they are all great resources.

I found this link at the RPF:
http://www.therpf.com/index.php?showtopic=116045&hl=

I too remember there being a free BR paper prop thread, but I think it may have turned into this thread after awhile.

Anyway, as long as you either own the free paper prop or have permission to post it, please do so I like free stuff just as much as anyone else!

Tom

Here is a wanted poster I made, and a scan of the ID from the fan club kit. ENJOY!

The wanted poster was made for the fan film, but never used, and was designed to have that teletype/teleprinter kind of look. I have been meaning to hang one of these on my wall for awhile now . . .

well thats what im talkin about ...
I like how the poster states HAZEL eyes (instead of brown )...I think that the poster was made by a lady in the department ( sounds kinda romantic hahah) or do the police use these more accurate descriptions now ...

pshsssst : car 995 be on the lookout for one caucasion romantic leading man type with hazel eyes and short sunwashed hair be advised that he may have at least comparable strength and intelligence to the genetic designers that created him ...

keep em coming ! and thank you !

Hazel is a funny sounding word and a few cops might have issue with saying it Smile . It is kind of a greenish blue but darker I guess. So I guess a cop could easily say blue, green and maybe even brown without feeling too "weird". It is so inbetween the other colors that if it went a little more toward one direction it would be called that instaed. So I guess It really might not be used all that much. This has got to be the strangest thread hijack in a long time...time to shut up now Razz

Reminds me about the Kenner Han Solo and Indiana Jones 12" action figures. They were identical except the SW Ford Had blue eyes and the IJ Ford had Brown(or was it the other way around?)

I have something that is in Word.doc format. I've only tried pics in the past. What's the best way to upload here?

It is the wanted poster seen here I did a while back. I made it to look like the real ones at work.

I believe you can use the "upload" funtion here and then just cut and paste the URL you are given. The rest of us just have to right click the address and "save target as..." to download the document.
