Saw this over on RPF, too. Looks fantastic! Can't wait to get a set. 
Oh, I got my tricentennial patches already from Blue Tiger. It took less than a week to get them from the UK! They look excellent and I'll be adding the US patch to my jacket in the next couple of days.

Awesome!  Those are amazing looking costumes.
I almost bought that t-shirt that Rich is wearing a couple of days ago. But I went with a different one with a smaller logo on the left side of the chest.

I realized Tim / offworld66 was pretty close when he recreated this hat a few months ago, the scrambled eggs he found were 95% spot on !
