I was over at scifimilitary today and posted these up in a thread for a fellow who created his own stand, and ofcoarse I kicked myself for not sharing these pictures here first!

For anyone who wants to display blasters or handguns, I have a very inexpensive method to show.

Go to your nearest art supply store. I got these at Sam Flax, for instance, but Michaels also carries them, and so does Pearl.

They're easels. If you go to the easel section of probably any art store you will see them there, the various sizes run from $2 to $3. Very cheap, and they work great and they keep the blasters nice and stable too.

I got one of these as a gift from a fellow BR collector with my first RAC (which I am currently repainting) and have used them ever since.

OK, lets see some of your displays guys!!

Yes, please do post some pictures. I need some ideas on displaying my gun, and no offense, the easles don't do it for me. Though I do like the tilt down of the gold one.

No offense taken. The gold one is on my favorite easel though, it's completely clear plastic. I haven't been able to find those kind anymore.

One of the retail display suppliers I've used has them in their on-line product store.

No offense, but they look kind of cheap. I use civil war revolver stands -- thick acrylic. You can see them in action here:

Again, no offense taken. They look cheap 'cause they are cheap. hahahaha Laughing

Yeah, I love those stands you use. From the proper perspective the props look like they are floating in mid air. That's cool.

Here is an inexpensive alternative:

I have another link which I am trying to find for stand that I have purchased in the past. Once I find the link, I will pass it on

I have a couple like that I'm using for other sci-fi blasters. Thanks for the source, could rember where they originated. I'm sure it wasn't Amazon. Anyway they do OK for BR guns but the angled butt plate on the BR grip sits a little funny and I always worry about one of my babies taking a dive! Very Happy I have a BSG Blaster sitting on one and it's works great because grip butt is horizontal and helps steady the display.
