Thanks for your comments,
nah the window isnt rolled down, maybe i need to increase the reflections on the window, and spend time learning how to blur the background perhaps. I did try and research a way i could add trickling rain drops, but im still abit clueless about that at the mo lol |

Quiet impossible to have a roll-down window on the Spinner because of the curve the plastic windshield. |

That is really fantastic work, Matthew! My critical thought on those green and blue lights behind the occupants is that they are mini clusters comprised of three green lights in a single housing on Deck's side and single large blue bulbs on Gaff's.
The protruding thing next to the walkie talkie thing I believe should be more like a dividing cushion or something solid, instead of the tube/bar like shape you've built, though that looks really cool. I always thought this was some sort of extendable pad maybe for bad weather or something.
Love this model so far. Great project!
Cheers,
Nathan |

thanks for your thoughts Nathan!
its been a while since i have gone back to this model, but i will try and amend the lighst etc and try and re-do the middle partition, i had struggled trying to find decent references for this section, that is proberly why its a bit different as i designed bits myself to give it that 'spinner' look. But i will persevere!!!
Many thanks guys!
ps. i have been experimenting with fluid simulation software and im hoping to add real simulated rain drops to the windows and the environment etc. |

Matthew, this is absolutelly awesome!!!!!! What a 3D model!!!!! Yeap!!!!
I noticed some wrong sizes in a little part, the RECON-1 walkie. I think is less squared. I must take real measures of it (I have a pair of them) for another project. Will send you details when done. Perhaps is optic illusion, I don't now.
But anyway, this project is exciting!!!
Well done!

Well, since the last time I posted, I took a college course on Maya. Oh my. Quite the software when you get into the small details. Very powerful - which renderer are you using?
I'm still awaiting completion _________________
