Such a cool building.
I would love to see it just once, maybe one day.

Cheap price for such a house because, at the end of the day, it's really a poisoned gift! The next owner has to put in his mind that the house will suck money out of his wallet like a space vortex! That's why the Association is putting it on the market...it has become a money black hole.
The list of problems with the house is too numerous to list here, but a major one is heart-quake...don't have much control over that one.

Good luck to the new owner, or my condolences; either way it's gonna be and interesting ride.

"but a major one is heart-quake"

That's an amazing typo!

Ooops Embarassed I meant earthquake...but then again with the amount of money that the owner will put in this house, he's bound to have a "heart-quake".

Still no buyers for the house?

Thought I'd pop these photos in here.

These pics are always described as Jim Morrison at the Griffiths Observatory (which is nearby and I know he was photographed there) but this is obviously the Ennis House.

Thanks Tony for sharing...btw, La Miniatura was used in STTNG a few times in my memory serves me well. That's another way to put a little money for the upkeep of these houses: rent them for movie shoots Smile
