I know this is really random, but I think it might be pertinent.

Intentional, or is it me looking at the world through Blade Runner tinted eyes?

...it's got that lovely shade of "spinner" blue....difficult to see it and NOT think Bladerunner....

The yellow and black stripe on the curb adds to the effect, and absolutely BR had a lot of "retrofitting" seen here in it. I would also say that there is something about the numbers that reminds me of the spinner font. I wouldn't be surprised if it was intentional.

Very nice indeed! Intentional or not, I love "handmade" tech and machinery like this.

Looks like a tricycle in the Philippines. They're all over the place. They're used for public tranportation like taxi cabs.
