Quite a personal story here Vito...thanks for sharing it with us.
As you can see (and as you know) BR tackles the universal, stories that us humans (replicants?) can relate to. Man is not an island as the other said and it's still true today as it will be in the future. Your struggles are always, somewhat, lone battles...but it helps to have others share them with you, not necessarely understand them, but to be accompanied along the way alleviate the burden. Each and every one of us here can relate to BR as it touch a part, or many parts, of our human experience. |

Yeah...Rachael. I always imagined her feeding Deckard some pablum in a house, decorated like his apt. and in an undisclosed location.
That's right a very old Deckard and a very young Rachael...I wouldn't mind doing a short film about that scene  |

I have talked to her on Facebook...sort of ...I guess she isn't so famous as to have to have someone post for her yet. She is still on my list too.

I think she is single again I haven't seen too many posts from her in a while though.
Yep she is still there posting away. She looks great. She goes by her real first name Mary...Mary Sean Young.

I guess because I had experience with online "social networks" for so long, I know some of the basics of what to do and not to do. I was on BBS and dial up networks in the late 80's and on LiveJournal, Myspace as well as ICQ and some others. I am selective of who I friend on there. I also find it a great tool for finding old friends, and keeping up to date on just what is going on in my neighborhood. Not to mention the professionals in the business I now have greater access too and have been able to communicate with as equals. Of course the place has more than doubled in size since I became a member. Time to move on to Linked-In perhaps?

I had the pleasure of meeting her at London Comic Con last year. i did put a picture on my website www.ridleyville.com and go to photo's & artwork. I also put up a little story that went with it on www.bladezone.com with the title "Sean young holding my weapon" on the round table forum.
