My fingers are really crossed at this moment because sitting in customs is a screen used rubber stunt Blaster. I realise now that excitment may have got the better of me and i may have put at risk a rare item. If it is refused entry i have already made plans to go to court over it in the hope to not have it destroyed.
I am hoping to have the final decision this afternoon.

Very special one indeed with the added grips. could have been used as a Deckard back up even. The lighter color on the grips is probably from crazing just from it breaking down over time. I am willing to bet it was amber colored to begin with.

Congratulations G.

Indeed they were Amber and although it does not show up very well it can been seen in some deeper scratches and marks. I have a letter from the prop maker stating it did have Amber grips and was indeed used by Deckard. I also have the image of it in his hand.

My hearty congratulations!

What a nerve racking experience. I was keeping my fingers tightly crossed for you.

Thank you for the wonderful photo. I am truly envious! However, as a Brit myself, it gives me a little glimmer of hope that I may too, one day get something like that through customs! Shocked
