I am pretty sure the smoked grey pitcher is a Tupperware one. I remember having one many years ago that my mom got from a Tupperware party, just like the mugs. It was very strange coming from them because it was made from a harder clear plastic that crazed and cracked over time and with hot liquids. I think I might still have one of the cups somewhere, but most of the set got tossed because of the material not lasting so well.

Yes Andy, I remember my Aunt had one of those "smoky" pitcher (some type of grey-ish/brown-ish colour) I think she had the cups also.
On Fred's pics you see clearly a coffee pot (Braun?) and that pitcher (with the same logo as the white Tupperware cup) serving some kind of liquid(milk/chocolate milk or coffee?).

I came across this whilst cleaning out a cupboard at work.

Unfortunately the box was empty.

It looks like an original box!

It certainly 1970's or before by the graphics.

Very interesting find Colin !!!

As you know these were used in the scene where Ripley is "raped" by Ash. Alas they were not re-issued 2 years ago like most of the original Hoptimists...

The hunt continues...

On Ash's console during the landing sequence, reckon this is a young Jonesy? I can't believe I haven't spotted it before.

... and it's not Ash's console, Ripley's instead ! She has the kitten photo you spotted in front of her and another one of a Leopard on the side of her work place... It's the editing of the film that made you think it was Ash's !

Just scored me one of these for the kitchen in my boat. I know it's not screen accurate at all but it's another step towards getting her all Nostromo'd up - I'll just slap another WY blue decal on it:) Plus it was an absolute bargain!

That's the plan - my wife wouldn't let me do it to the kitchen at home (unsurprisingly) so as the boat is mine, I figured I'd take my time and do it bit by bit Smile
