I tried phoning but predictably he doesn't answer if he doesn't know the number (I wonder how many other people are hounding him for their stolen goods and money). Again I've asked if Jason can collect my stuff.
We'll see if he responds this time.
What's next? Should I report him to his local police station and forward them his PM's and emails as proof? |
What's the value of the goods, would a small claims court be a viable path for you? |

Kurtyboy, sometime an official letter from an attorney can work miracles (I tried that one before and lo and behold, I received my stuff in no time after that )...if that doesn't work, then as Jason mentioned, small claim court is the next step, but again; know that even if the judge side in your favor, Propsjonnyb could withold the money owed to you indifinitely (I know, it's unfair but it has happened). |

This is terrible guys, I feel really helpless given it's so geographically close to me but I feel very powerless to help. As I've said I'm willing to put in the hours trying to help you resolve this, passion for our hobby shouldn't be repaid this way |

Not sure of the value. It originally was a metal sidkit fully built up with many custom improvements. Then it was upgraded with more accurate parts, black plastic from Michelle in Italy, metal Coyle parts, machined Mspaw parts.
In short, it turned into a very accurate blaster but I have no idea of value.
Anyways, I want the item not the cash

It sounds to me as if we need to get a show of hands who is owed items/cash/whatever. A list of names and items will allow us to collate everything together at least and get an idea on the magnitude of the situation - that might present us with options. |

Here we go: I got my answer: he registered on the RPF in April 2010 under Propsjonnyb.
He mentioned in his intro that he was, not only the official rep for Rich Coyle, but also the distributor of Whitefall's Replicant Dossier & Deckard Personal File...I'm wondering if Whitefall has any info about him? |

Sorry Joberg, only just logged on. Yeah I purely did the searches based on his username so all of those sites/forums will be under that username |

I am very happy but surprised that i have just had the balance of the money owing to me paid back which was £200.00, it also came with an apology.
John Bullocks son Simon seems to be dealing with his affairs and i think from his email his Dad does not seem very well at all.
The email used is the one we all have, perhaps he will get round to everyone eventually _________________ More human than human |

Happy for you Geoff...as you said, hopefully he'll re-pay what he owes to the people concerned. |

Or maybe he's only taking note because I threatened to report him to the police?
Anyway I still haven't received my blaster even though he promised (again) at the end of June to courier it to me ASAP.
I've been asking him to phone Jason (Brown Claw) who has agreed to pick it up for me but this seems to be too difficult for him to do.

Since they are talking to you but ignoring me, any chance you can hit them up about my blaster that John has now had since DECEMBER 2010 please?

I can understand your frustration, don't forget that i have been chasing him for a refund since 21st March 2011 and the only two times he responded was with 2 lots of payments. I am sure he monitors this site and would be well aware of the anxiety he is causing, i did mention this in my last email i sent. _________________ More human than human |

My blaster (or most of it) has finally been returned to me after nearly two years. Pity it won't go back together now. |

Well it's a good news/bad news post...are you going to try and put it together, or you're going to try to find someone to do it for you? |

I'm going to buy the missing parts from Rich and get the dremel and drill out to hopefully be able to marry all the different parts together.
