Joberg,
I think I did 3 stickers for the parking meter (plus Ridleys grab bag).
1. the "you can be killed" sticker (my idea not Syd's by the way).
2. One where you pay (near the top)
And 3. A black number on the head (that ended up flopped or upside down).

Thanks Tom...do you have any pictures for those? I think there's always the warning- of- being- electrocuted sticker floating around the web, but I never saw the others I think.

Oh, I found an apartment card with the red added.

Looks like we did get that negative turned around on the back. (Sorry for that nasty tape on the back.)

And we did make some $ cards.

By the way I just remembered. After Tyrell's death, Roy is in the lift holding Sebastian's coat. Though in behind the scenes photos he is holding some access cards. I think in the final cut we saw some drawings of some Tyrell keycards. Were you involved in those Tom?

BeastMaster,
I did a bunch of stuff for Tyrell Corp. which in one early script was
Nekko Corp. ( you may have seen some of my layouts for Nekko in
Signs of the Times.)

However I never personally made a Tyrell card.
There was plenty of stuff to put on one from my big file if they needed one.

I did a Nexus 6 logo too that had a bit of the Tyrell style to it ( pyramid &
bars).
You could make one from stuff in the DVD.

I did make this Batty card a few years ago using some of your unused logos. It's a total rip-off of the Police ID card but was fun to make at the time

Another logo that springs to mind is the 'Dominguez Shimata Corporation'. Did you design a logo for this? The only official one I've seen is on a certificate from the Blade Runner fan club Smile

Those are very good Beast Cool Love how you integrated the various design to make one good I.D. card.

BeastMaster,
That looks good.
It seems you guys are having a lot of fun with this stuff.

What would Ridley say?
He would probably want ageing or add hole at top for a clip-on,
or a lanyard and a tape or sticker to update the I.D.
Also if this were to identify OFF WORLD personel then there badges
would have been destroyed by the replicants.
Perhaps Ridley might have had FALSE badges on Leon for the
interview. A temp badge from Tyrell Corp.
with no mention of Nexus 6 (signaling a fugitive). Nexus 6 boxes and
Tyrell boxes might have been found at Sebastian's or Chew's,
as a means to exchange products (as well as Nexus5, 4, 3 etc.) .
'Have any old shoe boxes around? ( Just a thought.)

No, I did not do that one, and don't know the company or what they do.
The mark, however is typical of marks in Japan that are modern but
relate to marks that date very far back in history. I have been fond of these
marks since art school. This one relates to a flower.

Hi Tom
It's amazing having you here and I am checking every five minutes for posts. It is a real boost to all BR lovers.
I am in hospital at the moment and this thread is an absolute blinder.

Ridleyville,
Hey , get well pal.

Hope you're not in an iron lung thing like Holden.
Oh, that gizmo started out as a kitchen device in Deckards apartment.
You can see it in Syd Meads sketch.

Seems they used everything two or three times on BR.

So get better, ok?

Thanks guys
Don't really put a downer on things but have to say sharing does help. I just had a recurence of bowl cancer. First one in 2011 but came back with a vengeance a couple of months ago. They had to remove more large bowl, some small intestine, bladder and prostate. Things have gone well though so far and after nearly three weeks in hospital hope to go home on Monday. I am hoping the histology is also favourable as I desperately need to be in LA for what ever is going to be organised in 2019.
On a lighter note, my wife is very upset that I now weigh less than she does.
Hope it was not too much info, if it is let me know and I will remove it.
All the best
Ridleyville

Ridleyville,
Hang in there.
If something happens here in LA in 2019...
I'll save a seat for ya.
