A+ Ki-Djowac...but I think it's rather problematic to display it with a picture of Jessica; what to look at first? Shocked

One last update :

After watching the Blu-Ray i noticed something else on the gun. Red safety dots. The Umarex Beretta doesn't have these.

Yeah, somehow, when you did a prop from a movie, you watch the movie differently then before Laughing

Anyways, here's my last adjustment :
I recommend using a size zero paint brush for painting the red dots and a 3mm drill for drilling the dent on one side. When looking very closely at the Umarex Beretta 90two you'll notice that there's a obvious dent on one side and a very light circular marking on where the dent should have been. This is the place to drill. The slide is metal so primer first and then i picked up a model paint ferrari red (n° 34) from Revell.

And finally done :

Allright y'all,
inspired by Bad Wolf over at RPF i got my own 6mm Beretta 90two springer gun.

As Bad Wolf pointed out, the two guns look indentical, but still there are small differences in measurements between the two which leaves a small gap between the front barrel slide and compensator itself.

I modified 2 pieces on the springer gun : i filed about 2mm on the front of the weaver rail and dremelled the trigger guard. On the front weaver rail mod i locked the barrel slide as if it was empty and used some masking tape to avoid damaging the plastic cilinder/barrel parts.

The other modifications were done to the compensator itself where it was drilled in front where the cilinder part right beneath the barrel would go on the inside and some dremmeling where the trigger guard would fit against the compensator.

First fit :

And some close ups of the 2 modifications on the springer :

After the trigger guard was dremelled, i used some sanding paper to try and match the factory finish of the plastic again. I used the following grids of sanding paper : 400 - 600 - 800 - 1000 - 1200 and finally a 15 micron 3M polishing paper. Anything higher then the 15 micron proved that the finish became too shiny compared to the rest of the gun.

Primer and sanding on the springer compensator is done and i'll start layering matt black soon Smile
