Back in the 90's I worked for a company that did this kind of thing from time to time and warm was the way to go…

No, neither of us is interested in getting into the "amber grip casting" business. Besides, as I said, the molds were made off of the grips supplied by Tomenosuke with the kit. It wouldn't be proper to make castings available from them.
