Both.
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
Homage to Warhol as well. |

They Basically took a picture of a Rick Ross PKD and hit the "Paint" Button on their photo-shop program.

1-Swipe someone else's photo
2-Photoshop filter and Giclee' print on canvas
3-Ebay
4-Profit!
I like how most of his other "prints" contain the "Pop" addendum. He is using the Warhol defense. |

It reminds me of Art History Class with Dr. Varney who had a Brooklyn accent...
"Everything is Ahhhht!"(art)
(I guess the fact that someone's reaching into your pocket and releiving you of your money, make's it performance art.) |

Photocasting. I like it.
And if this is the seller I think it is, they do a lot of photoshopping from blade runner onto canvas. I don't think they give rats patooty who owns what.
Man, atlest they could have done somehting interesting with it, right? It just looks aweful. _________________ I don't have enough blasters! |

As the running joke in the digital art world goes: Using the Lens Flare filter guarantees A+ results. _________________
