If this has already been covered: My appologies!
I remember reading a thread here on Propsummit about the saucer Dazor lamp on Deckard's piano. Can't find it again. The discussion was about whether the lamp was a tall version standing on the floor behind the piano or the table version standing elevated on something on the piano....
Just found this picture that shows quite clearly that it was probably the last solution.... It stands on a very beautiful case on the piano!

Yes, I remember it well
I think I finally showed a similar photo myself. This one has some other nice details I don't remember seeing in it though. Thanks for posting it.

Here is the original thread, sans a lot of the photos now it seems.

In your photo, our "stack of books" appears to be an Oriental box of some sort.

Yep, I remember that thread clearly, and thanks to your pic, we see more details about the box (and not books ). |

Just posted this comment in another thread but though that it was worth posting here, as well.
I only, just now realized that Deckard's Dazor is spun upside down, yet the arm has the same bend as if it were the normal way. |

You can turn it upside down and the whole lamp is going to pivot on its stand. |
