These are the dimensions that I used for my run of barrels a couple years back. Anyone that got one of those barrels can tell you they fit perfectly. The tolerances of the various tapped holes and the relationship to the slot in the rear plug are critical so take care setting them up. Of note is that the slot in the rear plug is intentionally wider than the metal plate in the receiver around which it fits. This is to allow a little bit of rotational adjustment as the embedded plates are not always set squarely to the frame.
I am providing this file for free and clear use. Make one for yourself, make 1000 for sale. I don't care and I don't want anything for the use of the file. (Okay, if you make a thousand send me one!). I would request that you charge a fair price, both for the buyer and for yourself. I charged $50 each for my barrels, that was probably half what I should have charged. $100 a barrel would be a more than fair price considering the 24 odd machining steps these take to make.
Have a better one.

I've received some inquires about using my drawing file to make a steel barrel for Off World and other blasters. These dimensions were based on the barrel from the Tomenosuke Blaster. I have no idea how well, if at all, it'll work with other makes of blasters. _________________ Dave

Hi all
Would it be possible to get the pic uploaded again?
And if anyone has a link to or could send me any pics of drawings with measurements for any other parts out there that would be a great help. Or possibly a sticky of the definitive what size for what and who's fits who's so us tinkerers can try home builds. I'm working off the Andrew Foster 3d print but would like to replace as I progress (try and make my own, when that goes ti*s up I'll buy the parts
)
And thanks for putting your work out there DaveG
Also would the charter arms bulldog schematics answer my bulldog questions or is it just an armours guide pic for sale? and anyone know anywhere that takes paypal that sells them? |
