The UK Guardian has a nice, short article about how a few critical SF films, like BR, were all set in and about today. And about just how little they got it right.

Thanks indeed! Currently trying to wrap my head around the vacuum tube technology of that VK machine...

These Steam Punk props were either rented or created for the photo shoot Wink not seen in the current movie.

Why do they do that? It's misleading..
How about that blaster holster? Is that real? Confused

Blaster holster is real Wink Yes, lots of people have mistaken those photos and especially the one with the Steam Punk V.K. as real and showed in the movie. Not many photographers will try to find the proper props for a shoot, but this one did his homework and got the props, the sets and everything else for that article. His efforts are paying off Love the ambiance of these a lot.
