It's been a while since I've been on the site. I have been working on some of these myself on my CNC router and I stumbled on this...

I searched and didn't find any mention of it, so I'll just leave this here...

These were found a while back. They're $100 per tile and no minimum order.

Search: Replica Ennis House Blocks - in acoustical tile!
In the replica/screen used forum.

If they are $100, that is a considerably lower price than what they used to be.

Yeah, I'm tempted to order one just to see how the build quality is... at that price I'd hope they'd be fairly resistant to dents and dinging. I'd seriously consider doing a wall in my office with these.
