Hi all

Before I drill into my lovely Steyr Ammo housing Confused , thought it might be a good idea to see if anyone has convidently identified the size & type of these screws?

they are 'set' screws, but not entirely sure of the size yet.

They look like 10/32 set screws.

Can't the size be estimated from the LED holders just below them?

I have been using 4/40 on mine and a thin plastic tube threaded with a tap and then sliced to make the ring.

It is that or 3/36, but I really feel that 4/40 is the right ones.

Sloted set screws are hard to find.

Yeah, they are really hard to find.

I cut the cap head off of a hex screw and used a file to put the slot in mine. My fingers get sore just thinking about it.
