You're welcome Steve.

No, they're adults. (look at the door for size comparison)

Fred

PS : Also, the gun seen on the left astronaut is an adult version... and the kids weren't wearing inner helmets most of the time ! (too hot for them inside I guess)

cool.
Glad your posting these. Smile

The brown looking helmet is one that is cold cast bronze. Future project. It is going to take to much elbow grease to complete at this time. I just wanted to see if I could make one 100% like the originals were. Kit told me how they did it back in the day.

"In space, everybody can see you sweat"

Honestly Steve, you should be ashamed to treat Danita like this !!! (I feel a little guilty too, now)

More seriously, the suit is really gorgeous, you guys have done something really... I don't even have the words for this... fuckingourgeousawesome !

BRAVO !!!

Fred

PS : Steve, what do you plan to do for Fathers day ???

That's pretty awesome indeed. Are you gonna go for true screen accuracy and not include any kind of fan or ventilation in it?

We are shooting for 95% accuacy on this project. Lots of unknowns so it is the best we can do.

I have fitted one helmet with a fan to see how to do it. I have the fin in the front port. I have one pointing in the other out. the round knob under the vent is how I located the switch. the helmets are not going out with this currently but can retro fitted pretty easily with a 9V battery.

But wth that said.... they are still very clostiphobic and I don't see how anyone could wear this for any great length of time. it isn't like a trooper helmet. Your snapped in this bad boy.

So you need to have a "handler" when costuming in it. My opinion.

Well I am anyway. LOL
