I'd be interested in a bottle as well, but I'll have to wait until next month before I can make the purchase. _________________

Best bet would be to track down OB and see if he still has some.
I lucked out as there were two label sheets in the pack when I got my bottle from him. I did have to replace the cap on my bottle, so I wound up peeling the tiny label off a current bottle of JWB and sprayed the back with some spray fixative to get it to stick on the new cap.
But it still peeled up very thin in some spots. I've yet to find a good way to get labels off the bottles without destroying them. _________________

Hey John -
Can you enlighten us a bit about the plastic? Is it thin, like a soda bottle, or heavier, like a Nalgene bottle? _________________ Pete |

Sure Pete,
It's like the plastic used for a mouthwash bottle. Thin, but rigid because of the shape. My only comment is that the face of the bottle could have been a bit wider and the neck a little more narrow. The wax seal is nice, the impression on it says "Merci Beaucoup" encircling a rose. Kind of generic, but nice looking. Thinking about doing my own as I originally had done artwork for the seal on OB's run, although he went a different route. I would do them in resin as not to worry about breaking the wax.
All in all it's pretty nice and I am happy with the purchase. Would have been nice for labels to have been included.
Hope that helps.

I think you would sell a lot more sales if you sold these as completed bottles or at the very least, included labels.
Does it come with a silver cap? |

I agree. As far as a silver cap, no. They provide an acrylic tube with top to scratch build it yourself. I'm looking for a different solution for mine. |

I take it the neck and threads are larger than the Finlandia vodka cap?
looks really well done though. _________________

Got my bottle a few weeks ago, and after some working around with the whole cap issue, I must say I'm very pleased with it. lines are clean and the quality is on par with any other manufactured bottle. The price was very reasonable, and shipping was fast. I had it on my shelf in just about a week of placing the order.
Added bonus, I don't have to worry about overly curious guests dropping it and it turning into shards of glass.
Thanks again to NYzeki for making this available. If you missed out on the OB bottle, this is a great pick up.
Sadly, since this pic was taken, I have become as Taffey Lewis put it: "The man is dry." _________________

Hey all-- I received my BR 2019 from our friend in Japan. I am quite happy with it; and delighted that he sent along a pretty good set of labels.
I can post photos of the bottle, when I have put the "collar" and labels on it. _________________ Replicants are like any other machine...they're either a benefit, or a hazard. If they're a benefit it's not my problem. |
