Thanks again for the positive feedback...maybe I should take pics of the Vid-Phone and the VK machine side by side?

Throw in the superb thermos you made and a couple of cheese sangas and youve got the first VK scene. Cool

I wonder how easy is it would be to round up the found parts. I'd be open to the idea of fabricating the base pieces and make castings so found parts can be attached.

Thanks again for the great feedback...maybe I should post some of the props on Bladezone also? I wish I could mass-produced these props, but, as you know, it's not easy.

Finally scored an MQ-11, phew. Now i can finish off the vid phon.
Not sure which colour or phon design to choose yet. Big thanks to Joberg for building the first one and his problem solving skills.

Good score Tim!!! Eager to see your Vid-Phone finished. I had to wing it in terms of scale (the Kaiser slide-viewer is larger than the Panaview and thus my scratch-build calculator is bigger than an original MQ-11).

If you don't mind Tim, what are the measurement of that MQ-11?

I was wondering who outbid me on that? Very Happy Good catch man. I do think the earlier version of the panavue 2 is more accurate than the later one, even though they both have details separately that are closer. I am still gathering my parts for this too. It might be time for some new searches for the unfound parts too.
