It would be much appreciated if anyone can provide any pics they have
of the patches seen on the street cops uniforms. A slow time at work and a busy girlfreind might see me finish off the replica sooner than i thought.
Ive found a guy who loves BR and is supportive of the project so will do them for me as cheaply as possible. He`s doing this one for me now but its the only pic i have and i know theres at least another 4 patches on the uniform.
Once again, any help would be appreciated, could be good for all of us.

Here is a pic of this patch on the uniform :

I suspect the patch serial number on top of the PK could be the same as on the armor chest shoulder... I've recreated the back on Photoshop (from the photo of the front Andy posted here a few weeks ago) as a guide for my own street cop project... Hope it'll help !

BTW, I have no idea what the right shoulder patch looks like form the screen-caps I've made so far... too blury to see details, unfortunately...

The collar insigna look like they were taken off a vintage necklace, don't you think ? (I say that because they look 100% identical, but oriented differently on the collar)

Cheers, the patch above the PK is something different, just obscured in the pic. If anyone has clearer versions of these pics it would be a bonus,
havnt had much luck digging around.

I believe the number "patch" above the PK patch is actually back painted acrylic plastic.

I have done the groundwork on these two patches and the guy can do them for $75.00 AUS each including set up and tax.
Every patch after that will only cost $17.00AUS. These patches are made of fabric, are embroidered and overlocked.
My intention is to get the five or six different patches made up eventually when i can afford it just to get the set. If some people are interested in the patches, it would absorb the set up fee and make them cheap and available sooner.
Initially i am asking $40.00AUS (20eur- $30US) for a patch to get things started, if more people are interested the price will come down.
The PK badge will have slightly different stitching as the dude says it looks handstiched.
I will wait for a couple of weeks to see if there is any interest before i do anything.
I am getting a different patch made for someone else here and will post a pic for quality purposes when it arrives and if the person agrees.

Tim.

My patch is from this costume. Has anyone had a chance to see this yet?
It's REPO! The Genetic Opera.
This costume is the Repo Man and the patches go at the top of each of the gloves which each goes to just below the shoulder.
GeneCo. is the company that allows people to pay for the organ replacements they need
and the Repo-Man is the guy they send to reposes those organs if the payments aren't kept up with!

Yeah...Meg is making it and I'm making the helmet, already purchased the paintball helmet to convert.
Yes...very sinister and played by Anthony Stewart Head (Giles from Buffy)
Check this out...the Repo-Man's main tool:

Know anyone who works in stainless? Very Happy
I hope your EX didn't use one of these on you!

I've found this pic in my archives... I had completely forgotten about it (It's the only BLADE RUNNER french lobby card I own), mainly because I thought it was the same Andy had already posted here on another thread...

But no, it's very different since it allows to see some shoulder patches more accurately ! I've even done a quick layout of the right shoulder patch, to use as a template...

It could greenlight Tim's patch project for a COMPLETE SET of street cop patches ! See by yourself :

Hope it'll help...

Fred

Fantastic Fred, this place gets things done.
Just a couple more designs and i think i will have the full set.
Hopefully some people will want the set and i can start getting
them made. My goal is to have the full set available for around
$40-50US. Thats fairly good as probably only a few sets will be made.
Thanks again Fred.

Of course I would be in for a set. BTW I think the circle patch has some white writing on it. I still have yet to get a good look at it yet, but I do wonder if any of these patches were found items.

Thanks a lot, Tim !

Andy, you were right regarding the letters... Changed the colors on the close-up and got this image (see below). Aside is my interpretation of what the final patch would look like... What do you think, guys ?

Phil / repdectect sent me this awesome close-up of the mysterious round patch (+ metalic ID number above) he had in his impressive BR files !
(I've tried to help him post this pic but since he's using a PC and I'm a Mac user, I don't know, nothing turned the way it should have... he couldn't post it in the end so he asked me to do it. Could anyone help him solve his "can't post a pic" problem ???)

Mystery solved, once more... Tim, if you need help to do a layout, I'm your man !

And now gentlemen, repdetect's pic :

Sensational,
If you could do the layout that would be great Fred, i dont really have the ability or programs to do it.

Awesome Phil, i thought the writing was just light flare and i never would
have got the metal one, many thanks.

Thats great Andy. Very Happy

Skinjob66 are we sure that the vertical line on the badge is part of the design or just the light hitting the material? I'm o.k. with the letters at the bottom but that vertical line bothers me.
Any other pictures to confirm design?
