Well, some guy at the RPF built a Tumbler from Batman returns, so it's possible (then again, I don't seem to remember if he had a GF lol)

Btw Tim, great work as usual, and this year no need to put up the christmas tree; fire your room with all your lights, open the egg nog and parteeee!

Tim!!!!! What a work!!!! And very low cost IMHO. Are you planning to make some replicas for us? Razz

The full spinner could be incredible..... well, first I must divorce, win a Lotto big jackpot and then.... buy a BIG house (loft not enough, I guess) and begin to think in a full size replica of Deckard's apartment, spinners, police cars and... Los Angeles 2019!!!!! XDDDDDDD

Its strictly a "one off" Joan. This whole thing is basically a very elaborate display stand for my medicom with upgrade kit, when i get to convert it.
I do hope that the cost and relative ease of construction does inspire others to build one though. Very Happy

If anyone has a blue version of Andys concept Lexus, i would be willing to make an exception.

I had a friend with the new VW beetle in blue, and almost had him convinced to have the decals for the spinner made in vinyl and applied.

Great work Tim!
Is it a coincidence that there are some spinner blue prints for sale at the same time?

Its a whopping 450mm x 1555mm (Baseplate) joberg.
Found a way to "chrome" up the lightbases and i think it makes a big difference to the final look, also playing around with different roof window ideas......

Came up with this for the centrepiece, Im gunna build another one and frost the plastic before i blue it up to allow for internal lighting.
The baseplate will finish up with a slight curve in the centre with a rod in the middle and lead weights at either end.
I cut the kenji out of an existing red sticker.
