Crisp vac-forming (are you doing your buck with the foam)...maybe that's why.

Joberg, yes i vac formed right over the foam and used the plug to make the final pattern. im going to mold it next.


I started on the engine arm that supports the engine to the main body. roughed out, needs some bondo and primer.

I got the arm and base plate finished, just need to scribe panel lines and re prime. next i need to finish the main engine and the detail part on either side of the cone.
