A fun little quiz that is actually surprisingly telling. I came out with a Philadelphia accent, however; I never thought I sounds as though I came from Philadelphia. Then again, I am from the Philadelphia area

Creepy.
I got "The inland north". Although I don't use the word "pop" to describe soda. _________________ Wait; I'm having one of those things! You know; a headache with pictures? |

I suppose "inland north" is good for York, PA. Its odd how it can figure out your accent from a few questions though. _________________ Wait; I'm having one of those things! You know; a headache with pictures? |

I'm midland , which fits. I was born in IL and moved South when I was 7 or 8. I can do southern dialect when around the same but do discern from that in my normal pronounciation. |

Born and raised in SoCal, so I guess it fits. |

Mine came up as: 'Midland North'.
Funny I've never lived in the Midland North though.
But I do call carbonated drinks: "pop". |

The West, with The Midland a close second--go figure, I'm from Kansas.... _________________ - Brian (formerly ToothTech)
