Here is a little project my wife got me started on.
She is a huge Tarantino fan so I bought her a MAC-10.

I installed a fake suppressor, and am trying to make it exactly like the movie "PULP FICTION".

I still need to remove the front sling, and add the rear telescoping stock in folded position. I will put a small tack weld on the suppressor so it attached permanently and legal with the telescoping stock.

It's real of course, .45 ACP, and bump firing can empty a 30 round magazine in 2 seconds. We have only taken it out to fire a couple of times, and I intend to make it just a show prop for her Tarantino collection...but functional ..

Thanks guys, I am in the process of making an aluminum shiny disk for the front of the suppressor, and when the wire stock comes in I will install that.

I am trying to find another bottle of this for her Tarantino collection for Christmas..
(we drank the other one LOL!!!

It might be the same one. I know it is used in "True Lies" and a few other movies.... looking at pictures, I think Snake Plissken's is the same. It has a scope mounted on the suppressor:

I am currently hoping to get my DREAM WEAPON,
a Hammerli 280. I cannot find one chromed, but I can find a blued one and chrome it for about $200 extra

That Hammerli 280 reminds me of some of the blasters in the prequel trilogy in Star Wars.

...also it looks a little like a desert eagle. Could be all 3 mixed together.

Very cool! I'm a Tarantino fan as well and was overjoyed to see an old French champagne bottle that I have is featured several times in Inglorious Basterds.

Heh, and I was about to mention the Escape From New York connection. Oh well that's what I get for being out of town for a week. If anyone has a line on Plissken's boots or a good repro, drop me a PM.

Have a better one.

Sadly from what I've heard the ones shown on the site with the proper ski type latches are not the same ones this guy sells, and they're not screen accurate Sad

maybe I should drop all these mac-10 parts in silicon and make a Snake-Plissken replica gun for about $200 bucks a copy?? I am sure I can find the scope that goes on there, and mold it too I could just make small parts mods and sell it under anything as a resin copy.. I can see it now.. "JOHN WAYNE Mc Q MAC -10 Resin replica kit"....LOL!

Well there's an airsoft version available, it'd just be a matter of tracking down the rifle scope and the mounts for the suppressor and you'd have the replica done and able to fire.

I'm not too worried about the boots tho, not exactly practical streetwear for every day. I did manage to get ahold of a repro of the jacket from Indy Magnoli which was outstanding.

I've seen pics of Magnoli's jacket, looks really nice.

Whilst on the subject of the Mac 10, looks like there is one for a short time in District 9 aswell, with a different scope than I've seen before.

EDIT
Turns out it's a Armscor BXP.
Looks similar to the Mac though.
