Well after some four months of very hard work I am proud to show you the New CS&T Blaster. The T was added to thank Karl Tate.

<edited>

These pictures are of one of the first 15 being done, this is still mostly plastic with a lot of new metal cast parts like the butt plate and trigger guard.

For more inforation please email me at racprops@ox.net

Only a couple remain unclaimed.

Next is the all metal model.

Thanks for you interest and for looking.

Rich

If you don't mind saying, can you list the parts that are metal (well, main parts anyway)?

Good work RAC!

Noticed you incorporated the scope knob. Has it been determined that this was a before or after filming addition? I know there was speculation.

Nice enginering with the green LEDs wiring.

As we don't know which yet, I plan on sending both knobs with each model.

They will just screw in.

I had been saving money to buy one when they were ready untill my truck broke down and took all that money and then some. Hopefully there will still be some when I get my tax money. I am also putting money into setting up my studio. I have a feeling that down the road I will own one(or more) of each BR gun replica made. A long time down the road perhaps Wink

Looking pretty sharp!

Are the green LEDs clear in that pic?

Yes they are, I did find some that are frosted but they needed a little sanding to fit and these did not, so for the first test fitting and working set (yes they DO light up) I when with them this once.

Decided to use the funky knob? Does it come with interchangable knobs, or can you choose one or the other?

As expected though it looks terriffic, but I wasn't expecting so much metal!

Nice addition with the T as well.

Thats right both knobs so you can choose.

This was a test of the metal work as well as a fitting test.

Later plastic models may have less metal parts.

Well...a box arrived today in the mail.

Richard, you have outdone yourself! For those who are expecting one in the mail - all I can say is, I don't think that you'll be disappointed (understatement). This is as close as I know I will ever come to holding the real hero prop, but it's all there: all LED's in place and working; the bolt stop screw; the cutaway right-side cylinder cover; the retracting firing pin on the front; a hand-sized grip (no cramped pinky); the slide switch on the magazine; and last, but not least by a mile or two, a paint job that is absolutely awesome!

Thanks, Rich!

David
