I can't say right now if the matches run will be happening or not. I might be doing a move in the very near future which would delay things until I get settled (I also fell a couple short on the interested parties, but I might do it anyway and try selling the rest on ebay - either by the box or in smaller quantites). I'll let you all know if/when it happens. In the meantime, if anyone else is interested, they are encouraged to post in the interest thread so that I can keep everyone in mind if/when it happens.

Thanks RepDetect; I couldn't have done it without you!

These look great when built up. I am finalising the art for the purple and the green packs (different details) but these cool blue are my favourite.

What shade of yellow were the cigarettes? I might try dying a handful with food colouring to sit in the box. It's strangely satisfying to hold!

Here are the links to the full size artwork. Print it out on some heavy paper. Folds and cuts are indicated with fine lines on the artwork.

Enjoy, but please remember that this is a free gift and should be passed on as such. No sales and no profit. Thank you.

Hey Andy,

You ID'd the font on the VK manual?

or Anyone?

I looked the day I grabbed the image but didn't do a thorough job, just followed a few possibles.

Be neat to use to develope a faux VK manual contents to go with "anyones" VK when one surfaces,

Hey Kevin, you did an awesome work with my packet !....will be great with different colors and details.

As for the cigarettes, I've never seen real Boyards ( I bought the packet empty ) cuz they are not available since at least 30 years !!!
The only thing I know is that they were ticker than classic other cigarettes
The only brand I found here in France were Gitanes ( actually the ones I put in my packet ) which are the same yellow tone I guess( it's the same maïs paper ! ) but are thinner.

Well, concerning food colouring I don't know lol, but it's an idea !...

Keep us updated with your other packets...and thanks for the end of your message .

Gitanes! I was trying to recall what import cigarette I'd seen that had yellow paper.

I should see my tobacconist/friend tomorrow and will ask him if he knows of any other reasonable substitute.

I was a fine cigar man myself. However one tour with lymphoma has greatly diminished my desire to pursue any form of tobbacco. Something about chemotherapy for several months... Laughing

Great job, Kevin. Do you have a size that these should be printed at? When I open them, they are about 13" x 54". Unless Boyard's were enormous cigarettes, these'll need to be resized.

Ooops! The conversion to gif format has changed the dpi to screen resolution. They should each be 300dpi not 72dpi!

The sleeve should just fit on a piece of A4. On my Epson I have to turn on the "maximize" option to print the full length of the sleeve. The tray fits easily in the centre of the paper. You'll need some thick paper or thin card.
