Love it, and look carefully at the Esper sequence. I think it might be in the Photograph. (final cut 14/36 0:44:55)

Joberg here...newbie at propsummit. Glad to be part of this great fan-based group of exceptional people.
I posted a few info on Deckard's apt. in an other topic. The set decorators did an excellent job in keeping with the styles ranging from the Arts & Craft and McIntosh in Scotland, the Art nouveau & a healthy mix of Art Deco with a touch of FLW...all this to say that, at the end of the day, the design were influenced by the Japanese and their ways of interpreting forms, concept and nature.

Welcome Joberg, It is very cool to have you here.

I still love the eclectic mixes of styles in BR, and still buy things that fit that style whether it was in the movie or not. I even worked briefly with a furniture company while in college. A time in the mid 90's I was out of work and sold modern furniture as well as other stuff I picked up at sales, at an antique co-op, enough to make a very meager living. Big dealers in town will still ask me if I can keep an eye out for them. Too bad most of my stuff is in storage, but one day I will have a cool loft apartment again done in BR style.

Photographed this 2 years ago while in Japan... It's a shuttle operating in the bay area of Tokyo... Pretty close to a "sea blimp", don't you think ?

Defiantly a sea blimp....

and very Jules Vern 20,000 leagues under the sea.

ohhh yeah, I purchased a shirt from the 1970s (I think) and 1950s tie today that looks strait from Deckard's closet I'll post pictures tomorrow!

That is if anyone is curious.

Thanks Joberg, I'm flattered! It's got two pockets and but in person the design is a lot more to look at with all the colors blazing into each other.

I art directed a corporate film the other day and they were looking for a "Blade Runner" feel to it - found these great bits at a local prop house (the black thing on the right is a microphone).

Very cool. I agree that it works, and also love the lamp and fan in there.
