Very Cool! It is more Hellboy than Blade Runner but you can see the influence.

Very cool indeed!

I'd like to know how the weapon is meant to work though — the way a normal gun's mechanism works, this one would just eject the cartridge from the muzzle when you tried to chamber a round.

So, the chamber would actually have to be inside the bolt, somehow — and the repeating action would have to work in some way where the cartridge isn't pushed forward from the magazine at all, but only travels vertically, up into the bolt. Or perhaps the bolt even strips the next round from the magazine on the backwards motion?

And this would still leave virtually no barrel, so one would have to wonder what the weapon actually fires ... looking at the sights, probably something with a fair amount of spread, like flechettes, perhaps?

Cool!
