|
|
I have a pre-BR microma that takes "384" batteries, but now I got a
correct BR microma without batteries. It is different than the older one.
Can anyone let me know the battery type?
Thanks.

No help?
A guy on ebay said they are 393's.
I have an older microma that is very similar to the BR one, but it takes 384's. |

Had 3 junked non-operational Micromas....
did surgery with all the parts that I had, and got two units to work.
One stopped working later.
Does anyone have a plating service that they can recommend?
I've been researching PVD and DLC coatings , but not sure what the original coating was.
393 batteries work. |

Does anyone know how a metal watch is painted gold or black? Is there a "paint" that can be used to paint a gold Microma black? It has be very thin and durable so it will not flake off right away.

I believe you could PM OffWorld66 for the question: he painted his Microma with success |

Originals were plated, not painted.
From what I researched, it is very expensive to get something plated black.
I'm thinking of using professional automotive paint, which is very thin but extremely durable.
Will send OW66 a PM. |
