God Bless Quentin!

Gotta Grindhouse style script in front of me right now. Love 'em.

"Cherry Bomb" got it all, guns, hotchicks, leather chicks, blood, morechicks, guns. trashy 70's style settings. Lots of Avacado, Burnt orange and harvest gold.

Looks interesting, any good? Almost a dumb question for a Tarantino flick but you never know.

well there is good and there is quinten good,,,lol
A great film full of action and adventure with probably one helluva budget for fake blood and explosions...
Both films were solid, but I lean more towards preaty girls and loud cars so DEATH PROOF was my pick of the two , but the first feature definatly had alot more meat to it and a ton of great prop ideas a TON!
definatly a big screen feature( thats the whole point ) the GRINDHOUSE ...if you are a fan of "Truck stop women" or any of the heavy sexy 70's b movies....then its a must see

I don't know how many of you have the Rodriguez "Once Upon a Time in Mexico' DVD but there is a bonus section that shows his all encompassing studio he has in this garage behind his home and some background on guerilla movie making. "Troublemaker Studios", " Fast, Cheap & Out of Control"." Ten Minute Film School: Big Movies Made Cheap"Great stuff.

Plus anyone interested in his work or film work needs to read his book "Rebel without A Crew'

Amazes me about the younger prop hobbiests who love Kill Bill yet have no idea that Tarantino's sweet 3 - Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, True Romance even exist. There were two guys from the studio checking out my office lately and wanted to know if i had any Kill Bill stuff as they were big Tarantino fans. I showed them some of my Pulp Fiction stuff and got the deer in the headlights look. Wrote down the names of the Tarantino trilogy, told thenm to go rent them ASAP!,

One of them called me the next morning freaking out. They'd watched all three over and over all night long, had no sleep, and were facing a 12-14 hour sound stage day. Wanted to know what else I recommended! :LOL

Badlands...w/ Martin sheen and Sissy Spacek, tarentino took alot of ideas from this film....actually alot of folks did ! Its a classic!
His style is great but lets not forget "JACKIE BROWN" ....all promice ,NO PAYOUT! ....what a drag that film was .....

Oh, Badlands was cool, I haven't seen it in quite a while. How can you be a Tarantino fan and not have seen his "trilogy"? Those are the best ones.
