Knowing SRS and the "Sci-Fi looking watches of the '80s" I'll bet it's a Casio Wink Sorry that I don't have the BlueRay yet.
Good luck.

Thanks very much, I have to say that is not what I was expecting to see at all? looks like a mechanical, digital or jump hour (although I cant see a winder?), a bit like this: -

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Its gone to be great fun trying to id this. And the strap as well, very unusual.

by the way, which seen did you get this shot from? it doesn't look like it was near the "wow you've got some great toys" part that I thought would be the best bet?

really great, thanks again!

Yep, but the watch I posted a picture of was only meant to be representative (but you found it really quick!). I don't think this the exact model jf wore?

I think the hunt continues?

I am surprised there are no "on set" type pictures of jf floating around that might have his watch in view, but then I am no expert!

They’re from just after Roy says, “Gosh, you really got some nice toys here.” Sebastian nervously runs his left hand through his hair and tugs on his shirt.

The watch can be seen from a few more shots, but not close up:

Great job on the Enicar find! I think you’re definitely on the right track.

Yep, it's a special one: on the pics you can see clearly that the rod holding the band is under the face of the watche itself...so the band is not visible on the side of the watch but now goes under it; interesting design for sure

even better!!

I think this is worth putting on some watch forums, see what they can turf up....

Its definitely a jump hour. up until I saw your pic's I was convinced it was an old Texas Instruments Led (which would have been easy to get hold of!), but no.

can you get a good blow up of this image. The watch is still here so might be a bit clearer again?

Thanks again, I will keep looking and reporting!

Unfortunately, that image is from a different take that is not in any version of the film. Sad

The scene starts with a wide shot. Sebastian’s hands are, well, in his pockets:

Then it cuts to a medium close-up:

No watch in sight until Roy shows up.
