Thanks joberg. no this one is just a static so far. my first one is the one I'm trying to make shoot flame. but so far my first couple of test have been duds. had to take a break from that. here's my second test with low pressure and what I believe to be the wrong size nozzle....Oh and It's all the correct size aluminum

Yes, not much pressure on that try...I know that on the RPF, Rylo is a specialist into building those to perfection. Eager to see what you're going to do next with it.
If I was you, I would wear gloves to make sure |

Yep low pressure. but I was not letting the pressure build up at all. so far Iv'e just used a plastic chamber. wanting to actually see if there would be any kind of back wash of flames into that chamber. If there would have been on that one. all I would have had was a plastic bottle rocket. now a back wash into the brass chamber would be a different story. one that I do not want to find out. I have no place to really test this stuff. but I'm going to do a third test and let the pressure build then release. plus through a smaller nozzle for the lack of a better term. but first I have to put the test rig back together. It has been such a pain.I was so obsessed with getting a working one that I just had to take a break from It for awhile...... |
