Desesperately trying to get one of these, but it seems it is only available in Japan.

Would any of you know someone or some business that would act as middle man to help getting things from Japan? It is easily available there, even through HLJ, but the japanese version of the site only...

This replica is almost perfect, a futher step more accurate than the Tome. For me the grear drawback, and I mean great, is that the Steyr receiver is casted plastic, instead of casted metal. I have found a source to buy it but I have serious doubts now, since I can modify Tome parts with a bit of hard work, but having a receiver being casted in metal is nearly impossible without industrial procedures.

ahhh To be or not to be!

I would point out my model is cast pewter, and if wanted a REAL Bulldog can be used to replace the pewter cast Bulldog with just drilling a few holes for the mounting screws AND I have real steel 44 barrels for sale also.

I know of a few that have done this upgrade.

And I help with info for doing it.

Could we all agree then that TAKAGI has somehow pulled off the ultimate blaster that appears to combine the best of both worlds? Cool

So it is a Cap firing blaster...nice!!

It would be better is it was able to be seen in brighter light..

And I could not hear anything but a music sound track and could not hear the report of the gun fire...

I'm sure it was carefully staged to enhance the flash and smoke, hence the lighting (or lack of it.) In daylight probably not as visually impressive. IMO this is still a splendid replica combining authentic looks with firing capability.
