New to this forum, but not to props or model making. Recently, (and unfortunately late to the party) I got wind of the Tomensuke Blaster. Seems that ship has sailed in both kit and assembled form. How about the M2019 Takagi kit? Uh, yeah. Gone as well. Wow! Talk about limited supply and super high demand! After looking at different kits from different sources, I'm pretty damn confused as what to do.... I guess as usual I want it all. A metal gun, that has moving parts and is very accurate. Why this prop clicks in my head so strong is beyond me. But other than a genuine Beretta 93R (unattainable) it's the only weapon prop or otherwise I feel I have to have. Advice, opinions, whatever you got. I'm all ears guys....

It works for me, but $1700 is out of range. (overspent on Stargate props) I'd like to be at around a grand for a blaster. At least for now.

So one of mine will also cost too much..

And not a recast of my work as the Sidkit was.

Everybody speaks very highly of your work for oblivious reasons. Awesome craftsmanship! Just can't swing it as of right now though.

I've owned an offworld, tomenosuke, resin pkd. And I must say none of them measured up to the features a Richard Coyle blaster has. Ended up getting rid of all of them. Still kicking myself in the keister for not getting one of his when I had the money. Definitally worth saving for. You just can't beat the ammo clip, metal barrel, lighted green leds, weight, different grip colors, option to build a real one out of your parts if wanted. And his kits are around half price of the fully built model. Do your research before you buy. So you don't end up settling for something your not happy with.

If you're into building a Coyle kit yourself, Rich has very affordable kits for you Ruprekt Wink
