Hi everybody!

I'm back after a long family hiatus... And hopefully what I'm about to post is not a re-hash of an old topic. I was browsing online photos of the hero blaster and came across this one. I'm at a loss to explain the silver/light colored patch on the grip. Perhaps Karl already knows the answer?

Highlight, reflection, gaffers tape wraith of god... I don't know

No silver patch exists on the hero based on everything that has been uncovered.

I agree, there is evidence of a broken part of the grip but on the other side.

And it shows black paint of the grip frame.

On set lights can be a lot brighter that is looks on film.

It needs to be seen in the context of a moving set of frames. I suspect its reflected light because there is nothing on the hero that would indicate anything - as Rich and Hirohawa mentioned above...

Seeing the sequence would easily confirm that its a reflection because it would move around the grip as Ford moves his hands..

Regards

MARK

Thanks for the opinions - I don't think that's reflection- the borders are too sharp and Ford's hand would not make a good reflective surface...

Guess I'll have to watch the Blu-Ray again - what a chore! Wink
