Metal Blade Runner Kits for sale.

OK Due to many reasons, (my health, delays in shipping, other’s loss of jobs, and their health problems) I have a couple of kits slots open.

These are for ready to ship kits.

Once I have shipped all kit orders what is left will be built into fully built models.

So I will not have any kits until the next run which not happen unit next fall.

So NOW is the time to get yours.

UK orders I do have an importer so I can once again get your orders filled, and as with all of this I cannot say how long this will be possible after this run.

These kits cost $600.00 plus shipping, and for those in the UK and 10% handling fee, and import fees etc.

BUT AS I am already filling a few UK orders I will be combining orders so all will share in the shipping costs etc. which can be less thanks to doing them together.

Rich

OK Here is how it is:

I will be 67 years old this summer.

IF I can figure out a way to retire from prop making I will be gone.

As it is I am only doing about two runs of these models a year mainly due to my health problems.

This IS the first run for 2015, and if I do another it will not be until fall.

I AM working on ways to retire, after all I have worked my whole life from age 12 until now and about ½ or a little over 35 years making props. So I really want to stop.

SO you best get one of these now as you may not get a second chance.

IF you do not take these kits I will build them up as a full model, and I am already starting on these model and will not wait for you.

So let me know as fast as possible, either you getting one or not.

Thanks.

Rich

OK Times up.

The kits are no longer offered.

I have begun building the models and have begun major cleanup on the kits.

All kits orders will have to wait until the next run this fall IF one happened.

The reason for no longer offering the full metal kits is simple:

There is a lot of work done to these metal parts and when I do them I do all of the parts at the same time.

So I have cleaned up and drilled all the Bulldog frames, which I do with all the models even the kits as these holes HAVE to be done right.

Then I cleaned up the Steyr receiver and drilled all its holes, which is a little extra for the kits but I did not mind giving that extra work.

I had a few persons that had requested these kits, but they have failed to reply to two emails, so I can no longer wait for them, so I posted the last chance warnings and now after four days pulled the plug on kit sales.

BUT Yesterday I repaired my big belt sander and started doing the main sanding on these receivers and that much extra work I am not willing to throw in free.

And today I will do even more work on these receivers and I cannot wait on these missing orders, and I will not set these aside for later, it is not cost effective to do them later by themselves, so I am doing all the receivers at the same time and now.

I have said before, I offer the kits from a casting run for making the built up models, but as I need to do the work on my build ups all at the same time IE: drill certain holes all the same time as I need to do all of the parts that will become models.

So as people failed to honor their orders I putted the plug and I am now building these kits myself.
