This is the first of two concept gun designs for Gaff that I have been working on for some time. I started building a practical model of it back in 2007, after I completed the K.M.S Gun prototype for Zhora. I shelved it several times over the years in favor of developing the K.M.S. Gun more, making chess sets, and finally resurrecting the lost PKD-II 2018 and its new derivative spin-offs. Now I have managed to finalize the design and bring it to virtual life as a Rhino 3D model.

The idea is that Gaff would carry this gun in his Spinner. It is intended to be a modified side-by-side 12GA. double barreled shotgun that chambers standard shotgun shells, as well as, more exotic futuristic ammunition. Beneath the traditional barrels is a single shot "Particle Singularity Cannon" (the infamous "Black Hole" gun technology that got dropped from the film). No clue how this would actually work, considering the enormous amount of collapsing mass that is required to warp space-time so dramatically. Not to mention how the hole would be made to evaporate the instant it devoured its target. Presumably the unknown particle would work all this out once fired from the gun. Science fantasy still, but it's an interesting idea.

I hope you like it. It's on my list of projects to have 3D printed one day.

So how much do you think that monster would weigh if it was real steel, aluminum, etc. ??

In standard present day materials for guns, this one would weigh a ton. So, it would have to be made of some yet to be discovered "dura-steel" material that would allow it to be as strong as it should be for a firearm, but just light enough to make it carry friendly. All those off-world sojourns through the Tannhauser Gate most likely led to the discovery and/or development of many such materials.

Thank you!

I have not worked out the lighting yet. I also need to work on the barrel break mechanism and shell ejector.
