Make: Custom, Hollwood Collectibles Group / CYMA Thompson Hybrid
Gun/Model: 'Aliens' M41-A Pulse Rifle
Accessories: 1x CYMA Midcap Mag, 3x TM 190 Round HiCap Mags, x2 spare base plates (with hole for winding).
Condition: War-weary; weathered, not abused.
FPS: Not known; I would estimate at around 350. Superb range.
Splits/Swaps/Part Exchange: No/Possibly/Possibly
Price/Payment: See photo - prices may update at any time. Price inclusive of UK shipping and PayPal fees.
Pictures: See below.

Custom, Hollwood Collectibles Group / CYMA Thompson Hybrid 'M41-A Pulse Rifle', modelled on the very same from the motion picture 'Aliens'.

Spec:

• Resin shroud ('MatsuCorp' alluminium-impregnated) Nice and solid.
• HCG Grenade launcher, Steel shoulder stock, barrel and barrel vent.
• Cyma Thompson airsoft AEG.
• Static "95" counter with metal bezel. Runs off a 3 volt battery, tucked under the right shroud plate, the switch is just in front of it.
• Battery and Charger not included - will take a LiPo or small 8.4v NiMh tucked under the extendable/retractable stock.
• Stock has a bolt-through detent; super sturdy
• Weighs around 9 1/2 lbs.
• The HCG Grenade Launcher has been overhauled, holes drilled and tapped and the correct screws installed. Trigger replaced with a metal one and spring loaded (as well as the shell lifter underneath).
• The 'pump' works but it will not take a dummy shell and GL the barrel is solid.
• The gun is bolted entirely, no glue except hot glue holding the counter in. So it can be broken down and worked on and upgraded as you see fit.

Condition:

Battered, bruised and war-weary. Like how a Pulse rifle should be. Weathered but not abused.

Issues:

• Painted with Krylon OD but it's taking a while to cure in this humid weather - be careful with paintwork until fully cured. Of course, you can always strip and re-spray if Brown Bess (the 'screen accurate' colour) is your thing...
• Mags tested but will probably need some bedding-in, feed-wise.
• Fires a little 'high' (ever seen a Colonial Marine firing from the shoulder, anyway?) Wink

Conditions of Sale:

• I will listen to offers/deals - but no outright low-balls please.

• VCRA defence will be verified before I ship this as-is i.e. painted Olve Drab. Sorry, no one has convinced me yet that the Law would see this as a toy/collectible so I must sell under RIF regulations.

That said: If you cannot avail yourself of a defence, I will spray the shroud a bright colour before despatch but this will incur a further cost of £25. :thumbsup

If trading; as per cash sale, buyer ships first.

• Please do not waste my time if you cannot easily prove your entitlement to purchase. I do check - every single time I sell a RIF - and I don't appreciate being given the runaround.

• Please do not ask me to hold or reserve this for you.

• Post only; I'm on call 24/7 so can never guarantee when I will be available in person.

Happy to answer any you may have. :happy

Update: Having sought the opinion of an experienced professional retailer of movie props, I am now satisfied that a VCRA defence is NOT required to purchase this sci-fi prop.

Shocked That's a cool looking Pulse Rifle. I like the paint work and the subtle "battle-worn" effects, looks smart. Cool
(Some people over do it and the weathering sometimes looks crappy and too contrived.... "less is more" they say).
